WANDERER PROMOTIONS PTY LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Event Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all ticket purchases, participation, and attendance at events organised by Wanderer Promotions Pty Ltd (ACN 617 503 581) (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Corporate Fight Night, Fight Series Events, and any related training programs, media, or activities (“Event”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending an Event, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Age Policy
All ages are welcome; however, anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who fails to comply with this condition.
Valid photo identification may be requested at entry or at licensed areas.

The following are strictly prohibited:
glass, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, drones, outside food or alcohol, unauthorised signage, professional recording equipment, or any item deemed unsafe by Event staff.
Confiscated items will not be returned.
7. Alcohol & Smoking
Events are fully licensed. Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed within licensed areas by patrons over 18 years.
You must present valid ID when purchasing alcohol.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
10. COVID-19 & Health Regulations
If government restrictions or public health orders prevent the Event from proceeding, it will be postponed, and tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Refunds will be issued only where required by law.
11. Privacy
Wanderer Promotions collects and stores personal information to manage events, ticketing, compliance, and communications.

12. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
