General Terms and Conditions

WANDERER PROMOTIONS PTY LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS



1. Event Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all ticket purchases, participation, and attendance at events organised by Wanderer Promotions Pty Ltd (ACN 617 503 581) (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Corporate Fight Night, Fight Series Events, and any related training programs, media, or activities (“Event”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending an Event, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.



2. Age Policy

All ages are welcome; however, anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who fails to comply with this condition.

Valid photo identification may be requested at entry or at licensed areas.



3. Ticketing

  • Tickets are issued only through authorised ticketing partners (e.g. Flicket Ltd or other approved agents).
  • A valid barcode or e-ticket must be presented for entry.
  • Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for promotional purposes without written approval.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.



4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • The Event will proceed rain, hail, or shine unless safety is compromised.
  • Refunds will only be issued where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
  • The Promoter may change the date, venue, or line-up due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If an Event is cancelled, the ticket holder will be refunded the ticket price less any transaction or booking fees.
  • No refund will be issued if a ticketholder is removed from the Event for breaching these T&Cs.



5. Entry & Conduct

  • All attendees must follow the lawful directions of Event staff, security, and officials.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, offensive, unsafe, or disruptive manner.
  • No pass-outs or re-entry will be permitted unless authorised by staff.
  • Bag checks or personal searches may be conducted upon entry.



6. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited:

glass, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, drones, outside food or alcohol, unauthorised signage, professional recording equipment, or any item deemed unsafe by Event staff.

Confiscated items will not be returned.



7. Alcohol & Smoking

Events are fully licensed. Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed within licensed areas by patrons over 18 years.

You must present valid ID when purchasing alcohol.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.



8. Photography & Media

  • Independent photographers, videographers, and content creators are not permitted at any Wanderer Promotions event unless approved in writing by the Promoter.
  • Personal phones or small cameras for non-commercial, personal use are allowed.
  • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Promoter or its authorised media team.
  • These recordings may be used for marketing, broadcast, and promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.



9. Health, Risk & Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk.

  • Combat sports and live events involve inherent risks, including physical injury or property damage.
  • Wanderer Promotions takes all reasonable precautions but accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage except as required by law.
  • You agree to indemnify the Promoter against any claim or damage arising from your breach of these T&Cs or your negligent acts.



10. COVID-19 & Health Regulations

If government restrictions or public health orders prevent the Event from proceeding, it will be postponed, and tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Refunds will be issued only where required by law.



11. Privacy

Wanderer Promotions collects and stores personal information to manage events, ticketing, compliance, and communications.

12. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
